Sarah and I started our Power 90 workout...

We started our Power 90 workout on Saturday. We can keep up for the most part, but I have to admit, it is kicking our butts. We are very sore right now and we've only gone through two days of workout. Tonight should be a fun night...

Even though we are hurting now, I know it's what is best for us in the long run. We are eating better, following the meal schedules as best we can, and we are drinking mainly water, or gatorade. Still weening Sarah off her pepsi though, she has been pepsi free for 3 days now, and I am proud of her. I am proud of her for sticking to this workout so far too. After we done with this workout in 90 days, we are moving to the P90X workout for round two. That is supposed to be even more ramped up than the current workout we are doing. I know we will be hurting during that one too, but its just sore muscles that are forming.

I have to say though it does remind me of Basic Training, at least the way I felt during PT. So I know this is going to work.

Wish us Luck in completing this!

Let me introduce the Family...

My name is David Pauley, I am married to the most wonderful woman in the world.
My Wife is Sarah Pauley, together we have three wonderful children, of course it's a yours, mine and ours deal, but sometimes that is the best thing to have, then you get a variety of personalities.

Our oldest is Alexandria(Ally). She is currently 9 years old and starting to come into her own. She is really adapting a love for sketching, :). She seems to be growing more and more everyday. I guess you could say she is hitting that Growth Spurt stage.

Our middle child is Novalea. Currently 7 years old, is in the Lying stage. I have to admit, it gets very frustrating dealing with a child that thinks she did something wrong, and when you ask her what she is doing or did, she feels the need to lie to cover it up even though she wouldn't have gotten in trouble in the first place. She will learn though as she progresses in life.

And finally, our litte Boy, Bryan. Bryan is 3 years old and he is full of energy, and that is an understatement. I think we have to schedule taking him to the park everyday just to get him to wear down. He is so smart though, he is talking very well, climbs everything, and thinks for himself. He asks the most amazing questions, you can tell he is learning everything at a mile a minute.

Hope you like the brief descriptions and our pictures.
